After being hit by a meteorite, a man sustains no visible injuries, but is bafflingly translated to be exactly 91 centimeters from himself. That is, standing in any spot, he is actually 91 centimeters from the location in which he has any physical presence, where he can interact with objects in space. An animated exploration of the metaphysical implications of place, SKHIZEIN is plaintive and unsettling, reflecting its main character’s confounded state. Achingly desperate and beautiful, the film is a psychological exploration of self-separation: its main character is ultimately hounded by his own displacement, reassuring himself, “I am here, I am here, I am here. . . . ”

Really creative, excelent drama in comedy. Very funny, and kind of depressing. An idea Woody Allen might have, but excecuted better.
