Communication can be enough of a marital challenge under normal circumstances. Add a business partnership? It gets a little more complicated. Throw in a rare neurological syndrome? Now you’re facing a full-blown obstacle course.

Julie Tannen (Stephanie Carwin) and her husband Charles (Fred Pitts) have their own special little rhythm; they speak their minds, push each other’s buttons, and build their lives side by side. But when a bad accident disrupts that rhythm dramatically, the two must take a hard look at the true meaning of both connection and commitment.
